Sports Masage offers the massage strokes of Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT).
The Massage strokes of Sports Massage may utilize the Therapist's knees, forearms, elbows, etc. to acheive greater pressure.
This pressure is acheived gradually, with communication between you and your therapist. Remember, you call the shots.
So, don't be shy. Tell your therapist "less" or "more" as needed.
Sports Massage is geared towards the following:
1) Enhancing flexibility and performance
2) Balancing muscle groups to avoid injury
3) Aiding in Healing of Injury.

All of the different massages may be combined to find the style that gives you the greatest enjoyment and benefit!
